He is a fearless and authentic solicitor, he is committed to social justice and helping organizations of color maximize their fundraising success. He advises non-profit, philanthropists and influencers globally.

Bridge Philanthropic Consulting is a full-service Black-Owned fundraising firm, has a proven track record of helping philanthropic organizations and institutions to realize their dreams, accomplish their missions, and grow their aspirations. He is also the Co-Founder of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund’s Leadership Institute and is committed to addressing equity and parity in the Philanthropic sector.

Dwayne is an alumnus of Wiley College and the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels School of Government. He is very proud of his great-grandmother’s contribution of land to establish one of the oldest schools to educate blacks in Heflin, Louisiana. The school is now one of the oldest black churches in the state of Louisiana. 

Dwayne has managed capital, annual campaigns and spearheaded the development of such notable organizations as the Jazz at Lincoln Center, Success for Kids, 100 Black Men of America, the United Negro College Fund, and the United Way of Texas Gulf Coast, among many others.
